How to Download Your Reports

After you upload your PDFs and MediScan works its magic, downloading your reports is easy.

Step 1: Click the Download Button

On the right side of the summaries panel, you’ll see a Download button. Click it, and you’ll have two options:

1. PDF Download – Includes both your original records and the generated summary with hyperlinks.
2. DOCX Download – Just the summary, no original records.

Step 2: If You Made Edits… Wait a Bit

If you edit the summary—whether it’s the header or the text—and hit Save, you’ll see this message when trying to download:

"It looks like you made updates to the record review. MediScan AI is creating new downloads and this may take a little while depending on how many pages you originally uploaded."

This just means MediScan is reprocessing your updates. Give it a little time, and then you’ll be able to download the updated version.

That’s it. Once your report is ready, you can download it in the format that works best for you.
